This Workshop will inform us of some of the ways we can be more discerning and responsible for our health. You will receive pointers on practices we should embrace and those we should avoid/reject as we take more responsibility for preserving our healthy minds, bodies and spirits.

Models of Successful Parenting and Village Support for Our Children and Youth.
This session will challenge and inspire us to examine the way we parent and mentor our children and our youth, including ways to engage and affirm our young boys. Presenters will be: Attorney Sheila Arnum and Mikhail Abdulbaaqee.
