OUR SHARED WORK

Healthier communities begin with connection.

Health challenges do not affect individuals alone. Chronic stress, illness, limited access to care, and a lack of dependable support can touch entire families.

The 29th Interfaith Health & Human Service Conference creates a welcoming space for neighbors, practitioners, service organizations, and faith communities to learn from one another and turn useful information into action.

Across the weekend faith and community partners will gather for worship, reflection, health education, practical resources, and service. Our unique perspectives are part of the conversation. Our shared commitment to dignity, compassion, and well-being is what brings us together.
